Abstract

This article examines the concept of sustainable development in the field of tourism and hospitality, its theoretical foundations, and practical significance. The economic, social, and ecological aspects of sustainable development are analyzed, highlighting the role of these principles in ensuring the long-term and effective organization of tourism activities. In addition, ways to ensure sustainability in the hospitality sector, improving service quality, and the rational use of natural and cultural resources are discussed. The article also explores the possibilities and prospects of developing sustainable tourism in Uzbekistan based on scientific sources, providing conclusions for further development of the sector.
