MARKETING AND SERVICE STRATEGIES FOR INCREASING CUSTOMER LOYALTY IN TOURISM

This article provides an in-depth analysis of marketing approaches aimed at increasing customer loyalty in the tourism industry. The research examines the latest statistical indicators for the Uzbek and global tourism markets for 2025, and develops effective strategies for building customer loyalty and re-engaging them. The results show that personalizing services, using digital marketing, improving loyalty programs, and improving service quality can significantly strengthen customer loyalty for tourism enterprises.
