SIGNIFICANT ASPECTS OF INDUSTRIAL PROCESSING OF MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS
Abstract
The article presents current issues of reproduction of meat and meat products, which occupy an important place in the industry, and their delivery to the population, as well as the President's strategy for ensuring food security, which must be implemented by 2030, as an important procces.
