EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS AND PEDAGOGICAL EFFECTIVENESS OF STUDENT MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE CONCEPTUAL MODEL

Abstract

This scientific article provides an in-depth analysis of the theoretical foundations, practical implementation, and experimental results of a conceptual model aimed at improving the student management process in higher education institutions. The study focuses on determining the pedagogical effectiveness of a management model based on the integration of pedagogical monitoring, developmental assessment, and a competency-based approach. During experimental trials, the model’s impact on students’ academic engagement, learning retention, reflective thinking, and self-management competencies was examined. The results demonstrate that a student management system organized on the basis of the conceptual model contributes to enhancing education quality and ensuring the scientific grounding of management decisions.
