The creation of new jobs is one of the key priorities of Uzbekistan’s socio-economic development in the context of economic reforms and globalization. Expanding employment opportunities is essential for ensuring sustainable economic growth, improving living standards, reducing unemployment, and strengthening social stability. This article examines the main issues related to increasing the creation of new jobs in Uzbekistan, taking into account demographic growth, structural changes in the economy, and labor market transformation.
