Abstract

In this article, the real situation in the field of employment in Uzbekistan was studied based on in-depth statistical analysis. In particular, the main indicators of labor market development in the country, the level of employment, the state of unemployment, and differences by region were analyzed using statistical data. Also, economic, social, and demographic factors influencing employment were synthesized based on a comprehensive approach, and their interdependence and degree of influence were assessed. In the course of the research, the main variables directly affecting employment were identified, and scientific conclusions, opinions, and considerations regarding their role in ensuring the stability of the labor market were presented. In addition, the effectiveness of current state programs aimed at improving employment policy was analyzed. Based on the research results, practical recommendations were developed for increasing employment and creating new jobs. The obtained conclusions are important for forecasting the development of the labor market in the future and forming an effective employment strategy.
