This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of information technologies (IT) in technical systems, their current state, and future prospects. Digitalization processes are emerging as a key factor in improving the efficiency of technical systems in such fields as industry, energy, transport, healthcare, and education. The study highlights the functional capabilities of information technologies in technical systems, the level of automation, intelligent control systems, as well as the significance of artificial intelligence and big data technologies. The research findings contribute to identifying promising directions for the application of IT in the modernization of technical systems.
