Abstract

This article examines the organization and management of energy-saving measures in enterprises, focusing on the generation of electricity in thermal power plants and the use of additional equipment to optimize energy consumption. Key concepts include the load moment of electric motors, active and reactive power adjustment, material production efficiency, electricity generation, and mechanical energy regeneration. Strategies for improving energy efficiency at industrial and energy-consuming facilities are analyzed, highlighting both technical and managerial approaches to reduce energy costs and enhance overall productivity.
