This article considers the issues of studying energy-saving operating modes of the electric drive of the Bogishamol pumping station. During the study, the electric energy consumption of the pumping units, the load characteristics, and the changes in technological parameters during the work process were analyzed. In order to increase the efficiency of the electric drive, the possibilities of using frequency control systems, optimal load modes, and energy-saving control algorithms were studied on a scientific basis. The article pays special attention to modern methods of reducing electric energy consumption in pumping stations, including improving the efficiency and power factor of asynchronous electric motors, reducing reactive power waste, and organizing optimal control under changing operating conditions. Also, mathematical models for increasing energy efficiency based on the relationship between hydraulic and electromechanical parameters were developed and their practical effectiveness was analyzed.
The results of the study allow reducing electric energy consumption in Bogishamol pumping stations, increasing the operational reliability of equipment, and ensuring rational use of energy resources. The obtained scientific results are of great importance in improving automated electric drives of pumping stations in agricultural and water management systems.
