This article discusses the importance of human capital in the "green economy," including its definition and significance. One of the major global issues in recent years is climate change. The main causes of this problem are environmental pollution, the insufficient implementation of the "green economy" system, and people's neglectful attitude toward nature. The article also addresses the measures to be taken to strengthen the role of human capital in the green economy.
