DEVELOPMENT OF A COACHING PROGRAM FOR TRAMPOLINE GYMNASTICS: A MULTI-STAGE TRAINING MODEL

This article addresses the development of a multi-level training model for trampoline gymnastics coaches. The study analyzed international standards, modern pedagogical methods, and coaching competencies. The multi-level model consists of three stages: beginner (trampoline techniques and safety rules), intermediate (coaching methodology and planning training sessions), and advanced (individual training programs and practice based on international standards). The program aims to enhance coaches’ knowledge and practical skills, improve the training quality of young athletes, and develop professional qualifications in the field of trampoline gymnastics. The research results provide a scientific basis for systematizing and increasing the effectiveness of the coaching process.
