ENSURING THE SOCIAL WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN FROM LOW-INCOME FAMILIES IN UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the issues of ensuring the social well-being of children from low-income families in Uzbekistan. It analyzes state policies and programs aimed at providing targeted social assistance, improving access to education, healthcare, and basic services, and supporting family livelihoods. The study highlights the role of local community institutions, such as the mahalla, in monitoring and assisting vulnerable households, as well as the importance of cultural and charitable practices in complementing state initiatives.
