Abstract

This article offers a socio-philosophical analysis of the migration process. Migration

is viewed as one of the essential forms of human existence, and its philosophical-ontological

significance within the dynamic interplay between the individual and society is explored. In

particular, the direct and indirect effects of migration on social consciousness are examined in

the contexts of national and global identity, shifts in social values, cultural adaptation, and

renewal processes. The article argues that migration is not merely a demographic or economic

phenomenon but a process of self-understanding, self-recognition, and locating one’s place

within the social environment. Through philosophical analysis, the study highlights the changes

migration brings to human thought and consciousness, focusing on the evolution and

transformation of social consciousness.
