This article provides information on observing language norms and principles of politeness in organizing effective speech communication. Taking into account that these rules, in turn, develop the concept of speech communication aimed at deep relationships, it is analyzed that the use of language appropriate to the situation and polite behavior in the process of speech communication are the main elements of success.
