Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of the human factor in the software development process. The article discusses the role of human resources in improving the quality and efficiency of software, how their skills, experience and creativity affect it. It also examines the importance of teamwork, communication and collaboration in software development. Examples are given of how a person's innovative ideas and problem-solving skills affect the success of software projects. This article suggests strategies for further enhancing and developing the human factor in software development.
