Abstract

 The article deals with the issues of improving the efficiency of enterprise management in the conditions of fierce competition in the market without the formation of an effective business model, the essence of the concept of a business model, 2 different approaches to determining the essence of the concept of "business model", the concepts of a business model and strategy are theoretically studied and the application of business models.
