Abstract
This article explores the critical role of effective management during crisis situations, highlighting strategies and best practices that enable organizations to navigate uncertainty, minimize damage, and recover swiftly. Crisis management demands strong leadership, clear communication, and rapid decision-making under pressure. The study examines various types of crises—including financial downturns, natural disasters, technological failures, and reputational threats—and analyzes how different management approaches influence organizational resilience and continuity.
