This article analyzes the political and legal aspects of state sovereignty in the context of globalization. It examines the theoretical foundations of state sovereignty, its role in international law, and its significance in the modern system of international relations. Furthermore, the impact of globalization, international terrorism, human rights, cybersecurity, and the activities of international organizations on state sovereignty is examined from an academic perspective. The article also analyzes Uzbekistan’s foreign policy and its role in international cooperation.References
