This article analyzes the issues of developing the spheres of art and culture and improving the education system within the framework of large-scale reforms being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular, the issues of developing culture and art, strengthening the material and technical base of cultural institutions, improving the artistic and aesthetic taste of young people, and introducing modern pedagogical technologies in the education system are covered in the framework of the tasks set within the framework of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy 2022–2026, which is considered an important program for the country's development. Also, the role of culture and art in the spiritual life of society and its importance in educating the younger generation in the spirit of national values are scientifically substantiated.
