This article analyzes the historical substance of Amir Temur's legacy and its contemporary significance within the framework of historiographical issues. The research is based on the methods of source studies, comparative-historical analysis, and conceptual analysis. The findings highlight aspects of Timurid administrative practices related to institutions, discipline, and the circulation of knowledge. Its scholarly contribution lies in interpreting the legacy through practical concepts without idealizing it.
