The article presents guidelines based on modern methods for increasing the audience of cultural centers, providing them with useful and beneficial offers, and providing cultural services that meet the demand, through fundraising, a field that is widely used in the culture and art sectors of developed countries of the world and has a positive impact on attracting external investors to implement local projects and activities that meet today’s requirements.
