The article examines the issues of effective management of labor processes in the service sector and its role in ensuring socio-economic development. It analyzes the theoretical and practical foundations of labor organization, with a focus on labor productivity, employment, and motivation factors affecting service quality. Analytical, statistical, and comparative research methods were used, and official data from relevant ministries and the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan were analyzed.References
