Abstract

This article focuses on issues related to the study of sentence parts in world and Uzbek linguistics and summarizes opinions aimed at solving certain problems in the analysis of sentence constituents. It also pays attention to the interpretation of syntax as a category and to approaches based on valency theory as possible solutions to the existing problems.
