This article analyzes the scientific basis of innovative nanomaterial applications in the quality preservation of agricultural products. The study investigates the influence of nanoparticles, nanocomposite packaging, and nanosensors on storage efficiency. The findings indicate that nanotechnologies play an important role in extending shelf life, reducing microbial activity, and ensuring food safety. In addition, the practical significance of nanomaterials in agriculture and export systems is discussed.
