GUARANTEES OF CHILDREN'S RIGHTS IN THE LEGISLATION OF UZBEKISTAN

This article explores the concept of “children’s rights,” the essence and content of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the reforms implemented and ongoing in Uzbekistan to ensure the guarantees of these rights. It also highlights the legal foundations of children’s rights in the country and the establishment of the Children’s Ombudsman institution based on international experience.
