LEGAL BASIS OF PROTECTION OF HUMAN HONOR, DIGNITY AND PERSONAL DATA IN THE PROCESS OF FIGHTING CYBERCRIME IN UZBEKISTAN: NATIONAL AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
This article analyzes the legal foundations of protecting human dignity, honor, and personal data in the process of combating cybercrime in Uzbekistan. It explores issues of ensuring cybersecurity while safeguarding citizens’ constitutional rights and freedoms. National legislation on information security and personal data protection is compared with international experience, identifying existing shortcomings and ways to address them. The research develops practical recommendations for improving modern mechanisms to guarantee human rights in the digital world.
