In this article, a scientific and practical model of the relationship between the degree of ripeness of cotton fiber, the efficiency of straightening during the combing process, and the quality of yarn obtained in rotor spinning was developed. This model allows us to evaluate the properties of the fiber through technological stages and to predict the yarn unevenness in the TQF-368 pneumatic spinning machine.
