Abstract

As the global electric vehicle market accelerates, the strategic selection of land for charging infrastructure has become one of the most critical determinants of success for charging network operators. While the United States and Europe grapple with lengthy permitting processes, grid constraints, and high development costs, Uzbekistan has emerged as a compelling case study in rapid EV infrastructure deployment.
