Abstract

This article examines the impact of ongoing economic reforms on poverty reduction and the improvement of public welfare. The study analyzes institutional changes, new policy mechanisms, and socio-economic strategies aimed at increasing income levels and expanding economic opportunities for vulnerable groups. Various analytical, statistical, and comparative methods are employed to evaluate the effectiveness of reforms. The findings show that structural modernization, entrepreneurship development, and strengthened social protection significantly contribute to reducing poverty and ensuring sustainable welfare growth.
