Abstract

This paper explores methods for improving the competitiveness of banking services through the application of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The study examines how banks can leverage large-scale data analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to enhance customer experience, optimize operational efficiency, reduce risks, and develop innovative financial products. Emphasis is placed on practical strategies for integrating AI-driven solutions into banking processes to maintain a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving financial sector.
