THE IDEA AND IDEOLOGICAL VALUES OF NEW UZBEKISTAN IN FOREIGN POLICY

Abstract

This study analyzes the idea and ideological values of New Uzbekistan in the context of its foreign policy transformation. The research focuses on the conceptual foundations of New Uzbekistan as a modern political and ideological paradigm aimed at strengthening state sovereignty, ensuring sustainable development, and enhancing international cooperation. Particular attention is paid to the principles of openness, pragmatism, peaceful coexistence, regional solidarity, and human-centered diplomacy that characterize Uzbekistan’s contemporary foreign policy. The article examines the role of ideological values in shaping foreign policy priorities, including regional integration in Central Asia, participation in international organizations, economic diplomacy, and the promotion of national interests through constructive dialogue. The study also highlights the significance of universal values such as peace, security, tolerance, and sustainable development in the foreign policy discourse of New Uzbekistan. The findings demonstrate that the foreign policy ideology of New Uzbekistan represents a balanced combination of national interests and global responsibility, contributing to the country’s growing role in regional and international affairs.
