Abstract

Selection and classification of young runners is one of the key factors in achieving success in the sports field. This article examines the development of an optimized model for a selection and classification system based on sports performance. The study analyzed the physical, physiological, and psychological indicators of young runners, compared existing methodologies, and developed a concept for an optimized system. The results provide coaches with the ability to select young athletes accurately, transparently, and performance-oriented.
