Abstract

The immune status was studied by first-level immunological tests, the subpolation composition of lymphocytes by flow cytometry, allergodiagnostics, diagnosis of autoimmune antibodies, and enzyme immunoassay. The heterogeneity of immune system disorders, age-related sensitization to household, food, epidermal and other allergens, and the production of IgG autoantibodies to tissue antigens were determined. The study of lymphocyte subpopulations shows the presence of differences in the cellular immune response in children with atopic dermatitis and atopic bronchial asthma. Allergens accumulating in the body have a direct effect on the functional activity of phagocytes. The study of the immune status in children with atopic allergic diseases is necessary to carry out a reasonable individual pathogenetic immunocorrection in order to increase the effectiveness of basic therapy, reduce the severity of the disease, the frequency of exacerbations, as well as reduce the severity of concomitant pathology.
