Abstract

This article analyzes the process of formation of legal consciousness and legal culture in the family environment, the main factors and mechanisms influencing it. It highlights that the family, as the smallest social unit of society, is an important place that determines the legal views, behavior and social responsibility of the individual. The study examines the impact of parental legal literacy, educational approaches, the communicative environment in the family, the media, digital culture and the education system on family legal culture. It also provides suggestions and recommendations on effective methods of strengthening legal education, preventive approaches and strengthening legal consciousness in the family through modern pedagogical technologies.
