This article analyzes the role of fintech startups in the banking sector, their impact on the financial services market, and their contribution to the digital transformation of banking systems. The study examines the innovation-driven activities of fintech startups, their competitive advantages over traditional banking models, and their significance in shaping a competitive environment. In addition, the article explores cooperation models between banks and fintech startups and evaluates their role in expanding financial inclusion and improving the efficiency of banking services. Particular attention is paid to the strategic importance of fintech startups in developing economies and their influence on macroeconomic stability. The findings provide practical insights for modernizing the banking sector, implementing innovative financial products, and developing a sustainable digital financial ecosystem.
