This article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of automating internal document circulation processes in higher education institutions (HEIs) based on artificial intelligence. The possibilities of automatic recognition of letters, orders, applications and other documents using AI, content analysis and their prioritization are considered. Also, the methodologies, experimental results, and problems used to improve the system's efficiency are discussed.
