METHODOLOGY FOR USING A UNIVERSAL MATERIAL TESTING DEVICE FOR PUMPKIN SEED KERNEL SEPARATION

The article presents the methodology for using a universal material testing device for separating pumpkin seeds. Analytical data on the current trends in the development of vegetables grown on farms in our republic, including pumpkin cultivation and the production of oil from its seeds, are presented. Also, work on separating the seeds from the shell of cultivated pumpkin seeds is described.
