THE ECONOMIC SIGNIFICANCE OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP MECHANISMS IN FINANCING INVESTMENT PROJECTS

This article analyzes the economic significance of public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms in financing investment projects, with particular emphasis on their role in reducing the burden on the state budget, attracting private capital, improving the quality of infrastructure services, and managing fiscal risks. Based on the current regulatory framework of Uzbekistan, official statistical data, and analyses of international institutions, the study examines both the advantages of PPP mechanisms and the aspects that require careful consideration.
