This article is dedicated to studying the mechanisms for stimulating private entrepreneurship during the period of free market relations. It examines the current state of entrepreneurial activity, the volume of investments attracted to the sector, and the positive impact of tax policy incentives based on statistical data. The role of small business entities in economic growth and the results achieved in ensuring the inviolability of private property were analyzed, and future development drivers were identified.
