The article covers the issues of organizing innovative activity in industrial enterprises, its management and increasing the efficiency of innovative development. The content of innovative activity, its types and forms, stages of implementation of innovative projects were analyzed. Also, proposals were made to increase the efficiency of innovative activities in production enterprises.
