The article in question shines a light on the control of external investments in the financial market of Uzbekistan, scrutinizing both the strategic opportunities and the risks that come along with it. The research draws on the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan as its primary source for statistical data and looks into the evolution of foreign capital companies as well as the inflow of investment into fixed assets. The results indicate that there has been a considerable increase in the participation of foreign capital in the different areas of the country, with Tashkent city being the one that shows the highest density of companies having foreign capital.
