INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF PROCESSING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS IN UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the issues of increasing the efficiency of processing agricultural products in Uzbekistan. The relevance and scientific significance of the problem are associated with increasing the volume and volume value of agricultural products processed. The research methodology includes the study of official statistics and empirical data on government strategies, as well as cluster and innovation approaches. The research results show that by expanding processing capacity and developing the value chain, it is possible to increase current harvest and export indicators[1][2]. Conclusions and suggestions serve as a basis for improving agricultural policy and future research.
