THE ROLE OF INSURANCE IN MITIGATING THE IMPACT OF CLIMATE CHANGE AND NATURAL DISASTERS IN THE CENTRAL ASIA REGION

This article is devoted to the study of the issues of managing economic risks arising from climate change and natural disasters in the Central Asian region through insurance. The study analyzes the effectiveness of insurance mechanisms in the context of regional transboundary relations. It also examines the possibilities of reducing risks related to agriculture, energy and water resources through the insurance system. It also proposes effective strategies for combating climate risks based on statistical data, regional experiences and modern insurance models.
