Abstract

Vocal cord paralysis is a multifactorial disorder that significantly affects phonation, respiration, and swallowing, leading to reduced quality of life. The complexity of its etiology and variability of clinical manifestations necessitate a comprehensive diagnostic approach and individualized management strategy. This study aims to optimize diagnostic pathways and evaluate the effectiveness of individualized clinical management in patients with vocal cord paralysis. The integration of advanced diagnostic techniques with personalized treatment planning improves diagnostic accuracy, facilitates timely intervention, and enhances functional outcomes.
