This scientific article analyzes the role, content, and importance of ethics and corporate responsibility codes in international business practice and their significance within the international legal system. The research was conducted based on the standards of such international organizations as the OECD, the UN, ISO 26000, as well as the experience of large corporations. The findings conclude that the code of ethics is an important tool that ensures sustainable development of the company, strengthens public trust, and increases the effectiveness of the fight against corruptionReferences
