This research paper analyses the role of innovations in the development of small businesses and private entrepreneurship, their impact on economic efficiency, and their importance in ensuring the stability of the national economy. It examines the opportunities for efficient resource utilization, cost reduction, and increased competitiveness through innovative approaches. The authors also propose practical recommendations for addressing the factors that hinder the implementation of innovations in small businesses.
