The effective management of social projects plays a crucial role in addressing societal needs, reducing inequality, and promoting sustainable development. Both state and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) implement a wide range of social initiatives; however, their approaches, resources, and strategies often differ significantly. This article provides a sociological analysis of social project management in governmental and non-governmental organizations, highlighting their strengths, weaknesses, and the factors influencing their effectiveness. The findings suggest that while state organizations benefit from stability and resource allocation, NGOs demonstrate greater flexibility, innovation, and community engagement.
