The paper systematically analyzes critical determinants shaping production efficiency, operational management principles, and benchmark practices from advanced global economies. Furthermore, focus is directed toward the optimization of production capacities, labor productivity enhancement, and the overarching implications for national economic competitiveness. Ultimately, the research substantiates adaptive, modern approaches to industrial restructuring and delivers strategic insights for their implementation within the national economic framework.
