Hozirgi kunda stress va xavotir buzilishlari ayollar salomatligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi eng dolzarb tibbiy-ijtimoiy muammolardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu psixoemotsional buzilishlar ayollarning nafaqat ruhiy holatiga, balki yurak-qon tomir, endokrin, reproduktiv va immun tizimlar faoliyatiga ham sezilarli darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Surunkali stress va xavotir organizmning moslashuv mexanizmlarini izdan chiqarib, turli somatik va psixosomatik kasalliklarning rivojlanishiga sabab bo‘ladi. Shu sababli ushbu holatlarni o‘z vaqtida aniqlash va samarali korreksiya qilish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Mazkur maqolaning maqsadi ayollarda stress va xavotir buzilishlarining salomatlikka ta’sirini o‘rganish hamda ularni korreksiyasida xalq tabobati usullarining samaradorligini baholashdan iborat.
