PROSPECTS OF THE TOURISM SECTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE KASHKADARYO REGION

Abstract
This article presents the tourism opportunities and potential of the Kashkadarya region, existing tourist destinations in the oasis, tourist villages, the development of gastronomic tourism and achievements in it, statistical data on the number of foreign tourists visiting our country and region over the past years, and priority tasks and proposals being implemented in the tourism sector in the region.
